Ellen White Rook

Ellen White Rook is a poet and contemplative arts teacher living in upstate New York and southern Maine. A retired IT manager, she now offers writing workshops and leads retreats that merge meditation, movement, and writing. Ellen holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Lindenwood University and has been twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize. Her work has been published in New Verse News, Black Fork, New Note Poetry, Quibble, The Dewdrop, Trolley Literary Journal, and more.
